The building had served for decades and showed it — dated finishes, worn carpet, aging ceilings, and a layout that no longer matched how the department worked. ASEP managed the full-floor renovation end to end, coordinating demolition, framing, ceilings, mechanical and electrical, structured data cabling, and finishes under one accountable team.
We stripped the floor back to its bones — removing old ceilings, flooring, and partitions — then rebuilt with new private offices and conference rooms, a reconfigured open work area, upgraded lighting and HVAC distribution, fresh structured cabling, and a glass-walled public reception. Every phase was sequenced carefully to keep disruption to a minimum on an active government site.
